Volunteering Introduction Internal Link

When you list an event, you can enable volunteering or mark the event as "Volunteer Only", meaning you don't want to do general registration with us but want to take volunteer sign up. Here is a real volunteer-only event

When you take volunteer registration they go into an unassigned queue where you can assign them to your desired positions, in which case they are notified.

Volunteers and Captains have pages they can access from their email or account dashboard that show the information for the position they're assigned to. Captains see the information to contact their associated volunteers, their level of experience, and so on.

Custom Questions Internal Link

Custom questions (text fields, single choice, etc) can be defined to be asked on signup.

Volunteer Assignment Internal Link

In the Unassigned tab of Volunteer Management we can see a volunteers Desired Position, their About Me information, and the option to assign that volunteer to the corresponding position.

Volunteer Map Internal Link

The registration dashboard shows a map of positions based on geographical location. These pins can be re-arranged on the map which updates the position information shown to volunteers and captains. Hovering over a pin shows the people assigned to that location.

Volunteer Question Reporting Internal Link

Organizers can report on question results by unique values in the Question Results tab. This may let you see how many T-Shirts you need to buy, and so on.
